😷All clients will be REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK (their own mask or we have limited disposable ones for use) into the building and while they are lying face up (supine) on the table. The mask can be removed while face down (prone) for proper breathing comfort and we will have a “hammock” pillow case below the face rest, but then the mask must be put back on before exiting the massage room.😷
🥼😷All therapists will be wearing a clean cloth mask or disposable mask each day. Most therapists will be changing scrubs between clients as needed.
✏️COVID-19 screening questions have been added to be signed when you arrive. ✍🏼
📞We will text each client the day before their appointment.📱
🌡Client temperature may be taken upon entering the facility with a no touch thermometer.🌡
🧼Clients will be asked to wash their hands (and up to elbows if you would be so kind) before their service begins and immediately following their service.🙏🏻
📅Client appointments will be staggered and we will need extra time between to properly sanitize; we ask that you wait in your vehicle until 5 minutes (keep A.C. on in heat so temp is accurate) before your appointment to ensure only one client in lobby at a time. ⏱
💆🏽♀️No facial/scalp massages or hand massages will be provided for the time being.🚫
🧴Lotion and oil bottles will be sanitized after each client.
🛑If you are sick or have family that has been sick or you are just not feeling completely well, we ask that you please reschedule to keep all of our staff and other clients healthy, especially for those family and clients who are higher risk.🚫
Our Facility Changes:
*All therapists will wear gloves to change the linens and sanitize the room after each client has paid and left.
*Therapists will wash their hands before entering the treatment room and wash their hands immediately after the service along with using hand sanitizer during the session as needed.
*All cloth chairs have been removed and only hard surfaces will be available for clients’ belongings so the area can be sanitized after each client.
*All unnecessary decorations and items have been removed from the rooms.
*Doorknobs and all commonly touched surfaces will be sanitized after each client.
*Protective covers will be on massage tables under the sheets and this cover or the table will be sanitized after each client. Face rests and bolsters will also be covered and sanitized after each.
*Only sheets will be used on the table unless a blanket is necessary; then the blanket will be only used for one client and placed in the dirty laundry.
*No magazines or reading material will be in the lobby.
*No walk-in appointments OR walk-ins for gift certificates or products. Please set up a pickup time to purchase certificates and products.
*We will sanitize regularly to keep our therapists and clients safe.
